The best purchase ever.

If one finds themself bored I would usually suggest that you go make a dress, or watch a movie… one of the many things I love to do.  However my new favorite obsession of the moment is the Chanel biography by Charles-Roux… more of an “ode to” filled with unexplainable beauty of old photos, sketches, letters and designs to drool over. Seriously provides hours and hours of entertainment.

MK & A hit your FACE!

Is there anything that these little gremlins don’t do?!? Well I guess if I had a billion dollars I would do it too! MK & A Olsen are adding eyewear to there designer label The Row, and I for one am super excited! I’ve been waiting for this for years now!  The sunglasses (one style seen above) will range from $300-400 and will come in 4 different styles, round included which is going to be a big trend next year.  I almost considered a purchase but then I realized that I buy cheap glasses for a reason… mostly because they always end up being sat on or flushed down the toilet by mistake LOL> xx

LOHAN LEGGINGS. Aren’t we over this?!?

Come on really? If I want a pair of leggings… no offense LO-HAM, I mean Lohan but I will hit American Apparel wholesale and keep it steppin. Why would I pay $150 for a pair of average looking cotton-span leggings when I could get some well made ones for $40 or I could just get scissor happy! LOL I mean seriously… we are in a recession Lohan… I think all that peroxide is affecting your brain. ❤

All I want for Christmas is diamonds!

For all you last min. stocking stuffers I have the perfect gift for teenage girls, sexually confused boys and fashion clad patrons of all ages.  Sally Hansen’s “Diamond Strength” nail polish in Black Diamonds is to die.  Black diamonds is the new black, grey is over and purple is just jealous… this crystal and sparkle infused nail polish shines with a hint of almost metallic instead of the prepubescent glitter that you might expect; also it doesn’t chip, crack and lasts a super long time. Chanel Pre-fall 2010.

Chanel’s 2010 Fall Preview can be described in two words: SO GOOD. Ok ok so lets get down to it… with Asian inspired hats, prints, and floral appliqués, not to mention the raw silk trench coats and kimono dresses, Chanel seems to have a throw back to old Asian style, meets uppers east side… of France. You’ll still find some classic Chanel thrown into the mix a la tweed jacket sets, large pearl encrusted jewelry, and feline glamour but you will also find some new trends tossed in for flavor.  You might be surprised that even Chanel fell victim to the over the knee boot, knit thigh-highs, and textured leather elements that pop up through out the pre-collection, but somehow they are tied in well enough that the poppy trends don’t over power the ultimate creativity of the classic collection.  Love.

SJP has been seen all around town the past couple weeks flashing pink bags, pink totes, and pink shoes… she’s PINK HOT!  She was spotted at the London premiere of her new movie Did You Hear About the Morgans?, braving the freezing cold temps in the name of glamour in a hot fuchsia strapless L’Wren Scott jacquard mini dress, which she paired with a floor length coat and pink accented pumps.  MY personal fav is one of her many hot pink Bottega Veneta bags.
